The Patch Creative Project Process

Here at Patch Creative we like to do things a little differently than your average design and illustration agency. We'd bet you a bottle of gin that you haven't come across another business quite like us! We understand that this probably leaves you wondering what you can expect when considering our services for your creative project. We can guarantee you that only wonderful things await!

First, we LISTEN. After all, we are professional listeners. Seriously - it's literally our job! Once you get in touch with us, we like to organise a time to meet in-person or virtually to collaborate and gain an understanding of your vision in order to able to tailor it to your individual needs and embody your message.

Next, we BRAINSTORM. We firstly develop a thorough understanding of your vision, before discussing ideas in a creative brief meeting, or what our team like to calm a 'Monster Mash' ('creative brief meeting' we decided, is too boring of a name, and we are far from boring). Any number of brains is better than one, so we like to round up the troops and mash our different ideas and diversify our ways of thinking together to figure out the best foot forward for YOU.

After that, we CREATE. This is by far one of our favourite part of the project process! Our talented and outside of the square team of professional creatives begin to work on bringing your vision to life. We grab coffee (lots of it, sometimes maybe too much), pop on some groovy tunes and leave reality behind as we immerse ourselves into our favourite world: the world of creativity and storytelling.

Then, we CHECK IN with you. It's rare to get full alignment the first time, particularly in the creative service industry. We keep you involved throughout the whole process by sending through rough drafts and continue polishing them until they're shining, sparkling and something you can't wait to share with your team or audience. We use a client-inclusive process and value and encourage your input. Believe it or not, we love feedback. We are, and always will be, trying to be better and do better, so we appreciate your constructive critiques.

Finally, we WRAP UP. Don't get too excited...we're not wrapping up presents for you. Although now that we mention it, we hope receiving your final product is much more exciting than unwrapping yet another pair of socks from Grandma at Christmas. Once the feedback-edit loop is complete, we compile all of your files and send them across to you, ready to share with the world.
